They have really cleaned up their act in the past year and a half.  A friend of mine adopted one of the dogs rescued from this shelter when they had that nasty Parvo and distemper outbreak.  They had to kill near 2,000 animals.  So sad.  Glad they are working on making it better and letting people know that honestly, they kill dogs and cats within 72 hours.  Spay and neuter people!  Microchip and…
