Neighborhood: North ParkIt's all true. Dr. Beau is the best. Not only did he heal my neck after a major car accident, he has given me suggestions on how to relax(naturally!). He enjoys sharing his wealth of knowledge with his patients and really cares about your progress. Not only is he an A+ chiropractor, he is also the offical Team Chiro for the SD Derby Dolls. I am not personally a Doll, but know how important he is to them. I highly recommend Chiropractique! Let's not forget ANTONIO's cupping sessions. Antonio certainly deserves a mention here too.
luv you guys! (monica j)

I love the staff here at Chiropractique. Dr. Beau is my doctor and I could not do my job without him. His mission is to see you the fewest amount of times. No gimpics here. FINALLY AN HONEST CHIROPRACTURE!

After 3 separate visits to Chiropractique, I think I'm in the position to provide a non-biased review. I've received 2 adjustments from Brian and 1 massage. Prior to my first visit, Dr. Beau and I exchanged messages to discuss my back issues and I was so surprised with his responsiveness and feedback.
I was lucky enough to try the "magnetic pulsing" (don't know what it's really called) during my last visit and it was great. Brian explained it to be on "trial" but I hope they make the big purchase! I told him I would be a "silent investor" if I could drop by and use it anytime!
I'm continuing my treatment and I am very confident in the results and long term benefits. Great work!

This is my first review ever.
Chiropractique is amazing. This is what you get with an adjustment...
Waiting Room:
The receptionist Jamie, who's also a Derby Doll, always greets me cordially and leads me into Chiropractique's totally zened-out waiting room where I have an industrial-sized massage chair, artsy fashion mags and a nice cup of Tazo tea waiting just for ME! *sip* I usually spend about 15-30 minutes chilling on the massage chair while I flip through the magazines, and occasionally look up at the flat screen TV that plays ocean scenes from all over the world. I like looking at the happy little waves and it reminds me of a Bob Ross painting in motion. Sometimes I like to switch it up and take a quick spin on their water massage bed. Also in the room: little tea candles flicker, fish swim in a giant fish tank and visually stimulating artwork hangs on the walls. In the background, calming meditation music plays and some aromatherapy stuff has been pumped into the room.
The Adjustment:
I just got a new job that requires me to sit for prolonged periods of time. I also am studying to be a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) so I spend hours sitting after work at coffee shops. As a result, I have a dull pain in my back and, oddly enough, my left hip from just sitting too much.
When I first came to Chiropractique, I was very skeptical and scared of being adjusted. Dr. Brian was patient and answered all my questions. He does an absolutely amazing job, and is very gentle and thorough with his adjustments. He also has a cool electro-something machine that shoots out gentle waves of electricity into my muscles to further relax them and help me adjust better. After my adjustment, Dr. Brian rubs some licorice-citrusy scented oil on the back of my neck so I get to smell like an orange pomander ball! Another total plus is that Dr. Brian is very personable, is an amazing listener and gives me pretty good advice on life whenever I ask for it. As a result, I've decided to recruit him (whether he likes it or not) to be my psychologist as well!
Payment:
After my adjustment, I walk out to the front and make small talk with Jamie for a bit, while she charges my card and I cram some complementary gum in my mouth. I'm sure Jamie is wondering why I smell like an orange pomander ball, but I don't care! I'm thoroughly relaxed...and all for just $25! That's right...the whole adjustment was only $25. Nice! They don't even have a tipping section on the merchant receipt so I can't even tip them even if I wanted to!
I love you Chiropractique. Thank you Dr. Brian.
Wow.
Last week I had two adjustments and one accupuncture session.
Today, one accupunture session and an adjustment. AMAZING. I am almost too relaxed to type this.
Antonio is offering an accupunture special $45 for your first visit (usually $95) and $60 for your second visit (usually $70).
It's just fantastic bliss.

I found Dr. Beau on yelp and I'm so glad I did! Not only is he a great chiropractor but an awesome person. Very impressive office too--the massage chairs rock! The best though is the whole staff--everyone is super nice and always smiling! I loved Eileen's massage too and acupuncture from Antonio was amazing!! What's not to love about this place? Thank you fellow yelpers for recommending this little piece of heaven on Earth!
Love, love, love Dr. Beau! My back and neck have never felt better. Randy, my masseur, is amazing as well. Thanks, guys!
Thanks Yelp.com Saw Dr Beau and gave me a much needed adjustment on my neck. It felt so good!! I can now turn my head around to see behind me when I am backing out car.
The waiting room and the message chairs are great too. Soooo
relaxing. I highly recommend.
Nice people but unimpressed with the treatment received.
Ok So I also found Dr. Beau and team on Yelp! and I have to say -- Everything that was said was true --positives ofcourse-- idk if there are even any negatives -- but anyway -- I went in for my regular appt with Dr. Beau and --- he is a hoot!! Love Him!!-- I am battling an ear infection and I went in with the monster pain in my head, and he did a couple of neck adjustment things- a snap there, and a crack there and he released some serious tension -- yayyy!! So I am better then I was this morning not perfect cause it is in my EAR -- but it is a good thing I had that appointment - thanks Dr. Beau and I will wear my purse in the elbow joint no matter how big!! LOL!!
For those looking of for a chiropractor and more go by Chiropractique and check out the team there -- Massage is my next step!!!
So I made an appt with Dr.Beau based on reading all the wonderful comments on here - I saw him on Friday and it's ALL TRUE. He's the BEST!!
I have never felt so comfortable with someone so quickly...I have been talking about how great he was and what a truly wonderful experience I had all weekend!!
I don't know anything else that I can saw that has not been posted on here...but if you are even thinking of seeing a chiropractor for anything you need to go see Dr. Beau!!

Everything about my experience was about as perfect as could be expected. Even the waiting room is designed to be a relaxing experience.
If you have never tried acupuncture, I strongly recommend Antonio! Results included overall relaxation with a significant decrease in muscle tension and associated aches and pains.

My sister has been telling me to go to a chiropractor for years, but I was afraid to go. I was even referred to one by my friend who is a nurse but still was afraid. I finally could not take the pain in my neck. I am so glad that I went to Chiropractique. The office is very inviting and relaxing. I saw Dr Brian who was great. He knew I was afraid but made me feel comfortable with being adjusted. I felt better right away and knew that I would be going back again for another visit. I highly recommend Chiropractique. Now I am a fan and see what people are raving about.

I was very excited to find Chiropractique on Yelp - the reviews were fantastic AND it is only a block away from my home. I was a little disappointed to learn my appointment was not with the famous Dr. Beau - but once I met Dr. Brian my disappointment faded. He was very friendly and calming. It was very obvious that this guy knew his craft well. I did have any major problems to work on (just a wellness appt) but I felt great walking out, I can't wait to go back to Dr. Brian and try their other services as well! I've already recommended them to multiple friends.

Problem: constant headaches for the past 4 years
Modern Medicine: tested for everything under the sun, saw at least 8 different doctors, blood tests, mri's, cat scans, you name it. nothing.
Current: no headaches!
finally went to chiropractor after years of problems and, even through my skeptical closed mind, had immediate results. i am now a true believer. headache free now! you can't imagine how nice that is after a 4 year long headache!

All I can say is that this place is AMAZING!! I have never been to a Chiropractor before, but was in so much pain one day that I actually went to two in one day!! The first was a totally sterile experience, with the doctor constantly telling em that she had been doing it forever and was so good, that she didn't even have to really talk to me first...she could just figure it out. Had me watch a video in the room by myself on what Chiropractic is...I felt like I was in Drivers Ed or some awful corporate training room.
That night, I went and saw Dr. Beau. They brought me in to the beautiful lounge (can't call it a waiting room..it's too cool) and put me on the water massage table for fifteen minutes. I was so happy, I just passed right out. When Dr. Beau came in to take me to the room, he was so sweet and nice. He took the time to explain his philosophy to me, and told me how my body is perfect....and that it sometimes needs a little help to realize that perfection. Talk about a whole new game...most health care professional spend all their time trying to tell you whats wrong wit you, not what's right. This might be a simple philosophy, but it's powerful to me! I walked out of there feeling better about my aches and pains, but more so, about myself....DAMN!!! Who does that? :)
Since then, I am a loyal follower. Had a great massage there, and have now seen "Mr. Magic Hands" Antonio for acupuncture and cupping (my new favorite!!!) twice. I will be back....over and over and over and over....

I LOVE this place! Since day one of entering Chiropractique, I felt very welcomed. The decor of the place is very relaxing, very spa like. I especially like the waiting room. Listen to relaxing music and sit in the most amazing massage chairs while you wait. Nice relaxing aromatherapy smells and very nice calming visuals to watch. This place really takes over your senses. just LOVE it!
The staff is amazing! I absolutely love Eileen! She gives the best massages in town. Don't let her little size fool you! Dr. Beau also takes very good care of me. He's the bomb!! :) As a hairstylist, these two definitely have whipped my body back into shape!
Everyone that works there is really talented in their art and also very knowledgeable. If you are looking for an amazing treat for your body, this is the place. The price is absolutely affordable and the people are absolutely phenomenal!
This place is awesome! The office staff and both chiropractors are wonderful. I got immediate relief from my sore shoulders after just one visit. I had been going to another chiropractor for some time and I just felt like he wasn't spending enough time diagnostically with me. I couldn't be happier with the atmosphere, the service and the treatment. I see Dr. Brian and he's great. This place also has Saturday hours which is a bonus. This place is as good as it gets!
I have been complaining about my neck and back so I decided to see a chiropractor. I went on yelp for some recommendations (since I have never been to one) and found Dr. Beau.
I was skeptical and scared at first but after meeting Dr Beau I knew I was in good hands. We instantly clicked. I could not believe how much my neck and back cracked. It felt so good...like all my tension and stress released. After my first session I had way better range of motion in my neck. It was amazing.
Dr. Beau loves what he does and it shows. He's my new best friend.
He's like a pop tart. (soft and sweet on the inside)

Yes, I wrote a glowing review for my former chiropractor as well. I'm cheating with Dr. Beau.
After reading the Yelp reviews, I thought to myself, "is this guy for real?"
The short answer is: Dr. Beau is the real deal.
Let's start with walking in the door. The staff warmly welcomes you by name, then leads you into the waiting room. It's no exaggeration, it is the best waiting room ever, all waiting rooms should be like this. The only seating in the waiting room are those seriously strong massage chairs. There's also a hydrotherapy massage table, like a water bed, but kneads your sore muscles with warm jets of water. The lighting in the room is dim, with a big TV showing relaxing images and music is downtempo. Not falling asleep newagey music, but it will not agitate you unless you hate downtempo. You can also relax with a cup of tea or water while you wait.
Dr. Beau will then come out of the treatment room to greet you. Asks how you're feeling, then adjusts your spine, gauges your progress by the ease of adjustment and clarity of the "pop". The result is immediate. I always considered chiropractic as part of a maintenance plan, just so I don't feel worse, but Dr. Beau will make you feel better than you thought possible
Dr. Beau made me a believer.
Oh, and the best part is, Dr. Beau charges an unbelievably low price of $25/adjustment, with $75 for initial visit and evaluation. I don't know how he stays in business and has that awesome waiting room, but he does. He's also an instructor at Mueller College, so he is really considered an expert in his field.

Dr. Beau is the best chiropractor in town. Chiropractique is great. I love the way it is decorated. As soon as you walk into the lounge you just want to chill in the massage chair and not go anywhere. I love that there is a lounge in a chiropractors office. He also has art from local artists on the walls! I love it.
As for Dr. Beau himself--he is a sweetheart. I love going to see him, although I don't go very often whenever I do I can feel a difference right away!

After my first visit, I knew I would be a lifetime customer. The stafff is wonderful and now there is a new chiropractor on staff (I can't remember his name though) and he is just as good. I am so much happier b/c my neck doesn't hurt as much. Thank you!

Skeptics please read. . . . . .
I was one of the skeptics about chiropractors. Never thought about going to one until I started reading the reviews on Yelp.com. Dr. Beau and his staff are AMAZING.
I showed up about 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Little did I know it would only take five minutes to fill out. In normal Doctor's offices you would sit in a char and read out-dated magazines.
NOT HERE!!! I was taken to the relaxiation room and placed on the heated water massage table. I was there for 15 minutes and then taken to a massage chair for about 15 minutes. The secret is to show up about 15 minutes early if you can. The earlier you are there, the more time in the massage chair.
Now on to Dr. Beau and the adjustmnet. Before we did anything, Dr. Beau told me about himself and was asking to audition for me. He did an initial check and said that there was alot he could do.
We started with aroma therapy and simple massage. When we started "cracking" bones it was amazing. I found out that a lof of the problems I has been having were being caused by my major imperfections in my spine.
This was the first of many more visits and I am already feeling 30% better. I look forward to the future visits. I plan on giving a few friends gift certificates to get them started on the path to happiness.
Oh yea, their office takes insurance. Not that you would need it, they are so reasonably priced.

I had the chance to experience both of Dr. Beau's and Dr. Brian's treatments. While Dr. Beau is good, I prefer Dr. Brian's approach. He is more thorough with his assessments and I did not feel hurried at all during the treatment. Dr. Brian was gentle yet firm so you really can feel the tensions in your achy bones melt away.
The waiting room where one gets a massage via the massage chairs are so relaxing. It offers soft music, a visual therapy via the flat screen t.v. and candles so lightly scented that they are relaxing rather than annoying to the senses.
The staff are equally as nice and approachable.
Seriously, my boyfriend's WHOLE ENTIRE FAMILY goes to Dr. Beau. Even all his mom's friends. I went tehre when I was pregnant, my boyfriend has been going there for eyars, and even my daughter gets adjusted every once in a while there, and has been since she was a baby. It helps her to sleep better, actually. Dr. Beau is genuine, knowledgable, and he truly cares about each and every one of his patients (although I can't figure out how he has the time to, but he does.) It's a great atmosphere, and great people. GO THERE!

I was a chiropractic virgin and frankly a bit sceptic about the whole dillio, but my back was a killing me. Seriously. So, I sucked up my reservations and discovered Criropractique. This is what healing is about. I leave feeling light and clear. On my first visit, Dr. Beau gave me an adjustment and said I needed a few minutes alone and left the room. I was like, "Hmm, okay." And then I burst out crying like a two year old. I abruptly stopped and started laughing maniacally like a total crazy man. I was like were did that come from? Dr. Beau explained my "little episode" was a result of subconscious emotions that were physically stored and then released during the adjustment. Dr. Beau does some voodoo. It's good voodoo though, be not afraid. It's holistic goodness and everyone there is lovely. So highly recommended.

On my last visit (second one) with Dr. Beau, I told him I was in love with him. No really. I am TOTALLY in love with this man! So is my husband! Only fellow Dr. Beau'ers know what I mean. It's an entirely new experience for regulars of chiropractic adjustments (like myself) or newbies.
All of these posts have defined what Chiropractique is about...I need not say more.
Impossible to describe the experience...the man has a gift of sharing "energy" with his patients. I certainly don't use the term "energy" lightly. No BS here...Dr. Beau is THE SHIT!

Suzanne forgot to mention that he also adjusts our five year old son. Beau calls it popcorn and T loves it.
We followed Beau from his previous location--which I will purposely fail to mention here--even though it meant having to drive instead of walk. I've seen a LOT of chiropractors and until I saw Dr. Beau I was never very impressed. This guy knows his shit--but he doesn't try to keep it to himself or lord over you. He tells you what's what. In a nice way. Chiropractic, massage, alternative healing--the man's a plethora of information and help. And like Brooke (was it Brooke?) said, Nordie's quality, Target prices.

Went a couple of weeks ago for acupunture with Antonio. Came back today for acupuncture plus cupping. Lessee if I got this straight: You make fire in a little cup and put it on the skin. It creates suction which draws the toxins from your muscles and skin. Feels a tiny bit weird at the very first, that's it. Anyway, when I went in I'd been having pain that kept me from fully moving my head. When I came out I felt like a bag of jello. I was so relaxed I couldn't talk straight. Hell, I could barely get my shirt back on.
So, its like getting a little tipsy, but taking Away poison instead of putting it In. And as much as drinks cost these days, it's actually cheaper (if yer Irish like me!)
YAY!!!

So many good things to say about this place, where do I begin?
First, the prices...beyond reasonable. I've been getting adjustments from Dr. Beau for $25, and I just had an AWESOME massage for $50. These prices are at least 25 percent, more likely 50 percent lower than what you get elsewhere.
Next, the service: Dr. Beau is the friendlist, most "in-tune" health practitioner you will likely ever meet. It's like a philosophy about life...he's trying to infect his clients not only with good health practices but also with a cheery, healthy disposition. Other people who work there are similarly friendly and helpful. He's an excellent listener and seems genuinely interested in his clients concerns about and experiences with chiropractic. Case in point: I have a loose sacroiliac joint, and after my last adjustment, it started to cause me trouble. I told him about it today after my massage, and how it had made me hesitate in booking another adjustment, and instead of making the situation awkward or seemingly inappropriate, he actually thanked me for the feedback and explained that "we're a team" (fist pound) and the alternative options for my chiropractic care. I've booked an appointment for next Monday.
Finally, the decor. This really is just icing on the cake, but it's really good icing nonetheless...not the cheap, icky stuff. They have top-of-the-line massage chairs in the waiting area and some sort of heated water vibra-table that I've never had the chance to use. Muted earth tones, lounge music, and a plasma TV playing video of beach scenes all help you get in the "zone" before your treatment.
In summary, this place is as close as you can come to a day spa experience, without paying day spa prices. PLEASE check them out if you haven't already. If we want to keep awesome businesses like this in North Park (a convenient location), we need to lend them our support.
I was blind and now I see.... Dr. Beau has brought me the truth in the form of chiropractic care.
Is it weird that I look forward to my appointments? I didn't start out that way. I was so skeptical that my friend, Phil, got me a gift card for the intro session as a birthday gift. After that I was hooked!
Not only is the place full of kick a$$ ambiance (yes, I am serious), the prices are sooo great- only $25 a sesh. Dr. Beau says that he likes to think of his place as the Target of chiropractors. Hehehehe... I say it's like Nordy's at Target prices.
Just walking through the door you inhale the aromatherapy and clean scented candles. Kailee always escorts me into the waiting room (which is really part art gallery, part relaxation room), kindly offers water or tea, and sets me up at one of the amazing massage chairs and water table while I wait for Dr. B.
Ok, so how do I even describe Beau? Not only does he run this place, he is also an instructor in the field and the athletic director for the San Diego Derby Dolls. The guy is a freaking brainiac (graduated at the top of his class) who just happens to be one of the most hilarious and lovable people I have ever met. Who knew? He always educates me about what he is doing and how my body is responding... and makes sure that I am comfortable. His personality has got to be one of the reasons that his business has thrived without any advertising outside of word of mouth.
After a while I decided to check out the massage services from Eileen. I mean, at $50 for 75 minutes what do you have to lose? She was SO awesome. I have tried many a massage therapist in my day and am very picky. I specifically asked for deep tissue and Eileen delivered. She was so kind and had a healing touch. My search for a great massage has finally ended!
I seriously can't shut up about this place. It's like a family there, and I am so blessed to have been introduced to such wonderful people. Dr. Beau and the gang-- you ROCK!
