This place is so good! I went here for the fist time last night and was totally impressed. How do you get impressed by frozen yogurt? I'll tell you.  First the atmosphere is cool, clean and contemporary. They offer about 5 flavors and a variety of combos. I ordered the original flavor, it's tart but a little sweet like plain yogurt.  I ordered two topping, pineapple and strawberries. Blush offers a huge assortment of toppings, they have everything from lucky charms to carob chips. I have to say that the fresh, no frozen berries and fruit were a huge bonus. Oh and I forgot to mention the best thing about this tasty treat, its good for you! In blush they have a wall dedicated to all the great and healthy benefits their fro-yo has to offer. You have got to try this place!

It looks JUST like Pinkberry! But I don't care if people copy Pinkberry. They need the competition.

I love the different flavors! Acai Blueberry and Pomegranate Dragon fruit were good! It reminded me of the flavors at Ciefiore.

The shaved ice ($6) is the best bang for your buck. It's a large tub filled with ice and toppings and then the froyo is swrill ed on top of everything! It's enough to feed four people.

This place is where my and hubbie's addition to tart froyo began!  I love how all their flavors are tart, that they're organic and the staff is super friendly.  I also love that they offer real lychee fruit for a topping.  Other places  either don't offer it at all or they have the lychee jelly.  All of their flavors are delicious.  Can't go wrong with any of them.  I still have yet to try the Green Tea.  And one time they even had chocolate and it was to die for!!

my friend told me this had just opened. my girlfriend is a big fro yo fan, so of course, we had to check it out!  so the flavors were yummy -- the blush flavor was very tart, flavorful, and refreshing.  my girlfriend had the acai blueberry flavor with kiwi.  yummy!  now it is not as creamy as, say, yogurt park in berkeley, but it's really good.

I've been waiting to try this places for months!  Finally got a friend to go with me.  It is sooo good.  If you are looking for TCBY, baskin robbins-esque, this isn't the place for you.  This is real yogurt, so be prepared for the tartness.  I got the Blush flavor.  So good.  They don't have a million flavors but they have a lot of toppings.  I got the blueberries.  Such a good combination!  Their fruit is fresh and everything looked yummy.  I was trying to be good by getting fruit, but next time I am definitely trying the mochi topping everyone keeps talking about!

I was over at my bro's house and I saw a Blush froyo cup in the the fridge.  I immediately found my sis-in-law and said, where is this place?  I grabbed her bro and off we went.  Yeah its kinda weird to have 2 old dudes like us running out for froyo but I was too focused to think of that.

There are 4 flavors:
- Original Tart.  Nice mild flavor, but not very tart.
- Acai Blueberry. Pleasant flavor, but surprisingly mild taste and not very tart.  I was expecting the acai to have a dominant presence on the palate but it didn't at all.
- Blush (Pomegranate and dragonfruit).  Flavorful and tart.  Definitely my favorite.
- Pineapple.  Didn't try since I'm too bashful to ask for a 3rd sample.

The service was very friendly and helpful.  I sampled the Acai Blueberry and Blush.  The Blush was quite good so I got that and the Original Tart -- medium cup with mochi balls and blueberries as toppings.  I love it when an establishment has a namesake product and it is knock-your-socks-off good.  I'm still blushing about the Blush.

I got 5 other small cups for my sis-in-law, her bro, and my niece and her friends over for a sleepover.  Yeah I was the only one with a medium, I'm a piggie.  Those kids got choc chips and gummi bears as toppings, but they had blueberry envy when they saw my froyo.  Yep, with age comes experience.  Next time kiddies.

There's a frequent buyer card so be sure to ask for one.  My sis-in-law didn't know about it.  I told her I'm froyo pro... gotta ask.  It takes 8 to get a free one.  I'm 3/4 there already in one visit.

I have to mention again the friendly service.  The main honcho is very service oriented.  They put the wrong topping on one of the cups and he offered to give it for free.  I declined, no biggie.  He also packed the cups in a box and put in a bag of ice.  Awesome service.  I'd give them SIX STARS if yelp had 'em.

Flavors tasted: Blueberry (tart- they have rotating flavors)
Service: 4.5/5
Ambience: 4.5/5- great layout.

Free organic juice with each purchase. Organic flavors with special, secret recipes. Great environment. And they have all sorts of blends- Their parfait is amazing. Though most or all of their flavors are tart, they're one of my favorites.

As a frequent visiter, this place is awesome!  Down to the last bite!

I've tried many tart ice cream places in the bay area (and yes...even Pink Berry in SoCal), and this has to be one of my favorites.  The yogurt is very thick and flavorful.  Staff is quick, very friendly, and helpful.  Very clean.
I just wish they would change their chocolate chips so that they're the small kind.

Lovin' it!

A few weeks ago I was down in Southern California and I was hearing all this hype about Pinkberry's, how great it was and how I had to try it.  So I did. Worst taste I have ever had in my mouth.  I'm not sure if it was because I came during the time their frozen yogurt was just about to expire or what, but it was disgusting.  It was way too tart for my taste.

So as you'll find out, I was a bit discouraged in ever trying frozen yogurt ever again, since my first time was so horrible.

Blush definitely changed my mind! Their FROYO has the perfect texture with the perfect amount of tartness.  I tried the original and blush (dragonfruit/pomegranate) flavors and both we're delish!!!  You could even just eat the froyo alone without any toppings.  I was also able to sample the pineapple flavor of the month which was better than pineapple ice cream flavor in my opinion.

I love how frozen yogurt is also healthy for you, so goodbye to coldstone and hello BLUSH!

It's definitely in my top 3 places to go for frozen yogurt.  My first is Fraiche out in Palo Alto and the other in the list is Red Mango in Palo Alto.  I love the fact that Blush is in the East Bay since we live out here that saves us some gas.  The fact that it's the only other decent place to go besides Yoswirl out in Fremont just makes me that much happier that there is a place that has quality yogurt.

It is on the expensive side, but if you're a fan you'll be willing to dish out the dough.  I am a creature of habit and tend to get the same ole boring original flavor and it mix it up with the toppings (usually granola, blueberries, cookie dough, or mochi balls).  Blush definitely gives you your money's worth with toppings and serving.  Nothing is self serve, so you're at the mercy of the person behind the counter which may or may not please you (my hubby likes to put his own in to what he deems appropriate to what he wants).  They also provide a card, so you can eventually get a free small original with 2 toppings after purchasing 8.

What I like about the top 3 places I mentioned is that they have one thing in common and that is the yogurt is really creamy unlike the self serve places.  Another thing is you can taste the difference.  Most places if you tried one they all kind of taste the same, but Blush and Fraiche do have their own unique taste to their original flavor.

So LA's yogurt craze moved into the east bay!

Blush's decor and menu very much so reminds me of Pinkberry.  We ordered a medium BLUSH flavored yogurt with mochi - costing us $4.50.  A bit steep for frozen yogurt, but I guess that's what happens when something becomes a trend.  The yogurt is a bit tangy and I liked the flavor - I think the Blush flavor is pomegranite and dragonfruit?  The mochi was good - better if it was homemade for that $4.50 price tag.

The store was clean and modern.  The servers looked like kids from the local high school who chatted and snacked on samples when not helping guests.

Not my favorite dessert place, but I would go again on occasion.

Delicious organic yogurt with a great choice of toppings. They have all kinds of fresh fruit: strawberries, mango, blueberries, raspberries, etc. They also have the evil unhealthy but delicious options: cookie dough, oreo pieces, chocolate chips, they even have MOCHI!

In terms of fro-yo flavors they have only a handful. Blush (Pomegranate and Dragon Fruit) was yummy but you cannot go wrong with the plain original flavor.

Blush was a cool find that reminds me a lot of PinkBerry. Similar modern, simplistic decor and the yogurt is similart tart and refreshing!

LOVE this place!  FROYO is smooth, not icy and the right amount of tartness.  We just had the Pineapple and the kids devoured it.. We order the BLUSH Shaved Ice, and if you haven't tried it you must SHARE it! the thing is Gigantic.  Shaved Ice with condensed milk, topped with lots of Mochi, then you choose 4 toppings, and of course all topped with yogurt.. they are generous with toppings..

I'm addicted.  It's just too good.  I make excuses to go East just so I can "swing by" there.  It's very, very, very good.  Try it.  You'll love it.  I've only had the original with no toppings.  I'm a purist.

Because of my current addiction to froyo, I've been referred by a couple of friends to Blush. Since I was in the area yesterday, my mom and I stopped by to try the place out. Before I opened my mouth to speak, I was asked if I wanted to sample any of the flavors. Sure! I sampled the Blush flavor, loved it, and ordered a medium size of it. My mom said that the Blush had a "cheese-y" taste. o.0 But I thought it was great... tart and not too sugary sweet, the way yogurt should be. I would have ordered a topping as they have a wide variety, but seeing as that it was $1 for a topping I opted out.

Compared to other froyo places I've tried, I've got to say I love Blush the best... so far. Their's has a more thick consistency, and their flavor choices are more inventive.

I'm sooo obsessed with Blush...It's become a bit of an addiction.  The Blush flavor is refreshing and the original tart flavor is a solid choice as well.  Always fresh toppings and there are certain people who work here who will seriously hook it up with the toppings.  Love the mochi!  And really, when the workers come by to offer you water or juice on the house, you know this isn't just your average fro-yo joint.

This place is downstairs from a friend of mine's place, so we opted to go swing by and pick one up before I went to BART to go home. I am glad this is not downstairs from me or I would weigh about 300 lbs.

We both ordered parfaits, you know the yogurt, granola and fruit concoctions. The thing was really big for the price and you have so many choices of great fresh fruit, plus can choose two different types of yogurt. My friend's Husband recommended the original, so that is what I got. I chose blue berries and strawberries (my fav).

WOW. I can see what this craze is. It is absolutely delicious! They need one in Rockridge near me for sure, but not too close. I love the tartness of the frozen yogurt (not like that sickningly sweet sugary crap they used to pass off as healthy yogurt back in the 80s.) The fruit was super fresh and the granola was great. I am pretty picky about my granola.

If you are in the area, swing by for sure!!!!

I am a big fan of tart non-fat yogurt.  I love their yogurt!  And the owner was super cool.  My 2 year old daughter and I went there for the first time.  We chose to have swirls of acai, pomegranate, and the original.  I was immediately sold with the original- creamy, right amount of tart, simple goodness.

I've found a new addiction!  I introduced my company to this yogurt place and they are all obsessed now too!
My favorite is the plain yogurt with blackberries and raspberries.  They give HUGE amounts of toppings and the blackberries are gigantic.  I feel a craving coming on...

I am officially addicted to Blush!  Blush is #1 in my book for froyo....the perfect consistency of creamy, sweet, and tart!  The mochi topping is the freshest I've ever had.  It makes me happy that they aren't stingy with the toppings.

We live in Oakland and will make the trek to Dublin on a regular basis just to have a little smackerel of this delectable treat!

This place is actually pretty cool. I was pretty impress with the decor of the place. The yogurt itself was pretty good. I would give this place 5 stars but I really like having to control how much side stuff you can put on the yogurt. But then again, I'd be spending more money. ha!

I really love Blush! I love that it actually tastes like real yogurt and not fake ice cream. We went yesterday and I had the original which I really loved! I'm not much of a "fruit on top of ice cream" girl, so I got some white choc chips on top which were yummy too! My son tried the Blush flavor and it was SO good! For my kids to love it too is also a plus. Very nice and clean inside and I love the pink and green walls!

Another scorcher of a day, yet another reason to venture out and find something cold...and yummy....

And once again, yelpers to the rescue!  I didn't know such an establishment existed!  I mean, the only other froyo place I've gone to is McBerryz across the street from our house.  I love it, but I don't frequent it!  Imagine my surprise when I ran across "Blush" and found out it's organic!!  Talk about the icing on the ..... well, yogurt!!

I ordered their original, topped with strawberries.  Mmm....so creamy and perfectly tart!  I'm too chicken to try the other flavors, but I've been told their mango is TDF and I think next time, I'll also try some of their fresh fruit toppings!

I am SO happy to find Blush and I can't wait to go back!  I even got one of those "frequent flyer" cards =)!

This place is super cute! So clean and welcoming...They give you samples of all the flavors (Regular, blush, mango and chocolate)  They're not stingy at all with the toppings either!  I had the chocolate (which is low fat) with yogurt chips...it's a little too much chocolate after a while so if you want something more on the lighter side i would go with the blush flavor.  It sounds like it would be too fruity or tangy but it's actually perfectly sweet and tart.  They offer you water and OJ too! I'm definitely going back but this time for the Blush flavor! Sweet and simple.

This is a great little place where they offer the perfect amount of options.  Just a few simple rotating flavors with a great variety of toppings ranging from fruit to candy to cereal.  The fro yo itself has good flavor/consistency and the place is very well kept.  Price is  bit steep for fro yo but that could be because it is all organic.  Well worth a visit!

Update:  Came here yesterday for dessert when we wanted something kinda sweet, but ice cream would've been too overpowering. Loved the Acai Blueberry flavor!  Add mango topping and it's even better.

P.S. Initially, you might be intimidated by the lack of non-Asian clientele (most of whom are undoubtedly friends/family/etc. of the owner and are eating fro-yo free and taking home to-go containers of it, too). But don't worry if you're not Asian; they'll happily take your money just the same! And they won't even rip you off by giving you less! (Can't say about Chinatown, that's for sure.) But if you want your frequent buyer card stamped, you have to ask for it, because they certainly won't offer.
-------
First off, I'm usually not the biggest fan of frozen yogurt. But my best friend is all over this stuff, so I went along for a "healthy" treat.

My first thought was, "dang, $4.50 for a freakin' cup of fro-yo?!" and I still think that. But the flavors are very good (I like the Blush signature flavor) and the fresh fruit is nice, too (too bad you have to pay extra for toppings!). Or maybe I'm just a cheapass.  The original flavor is a bit tangy like plain yogurt, so be ready for that.

This place is always poppin'. The servers seem to get confused easily, so make your order as simple as you can. They're very nice though, so it's easy to cut 'em a break. It's nice to have a place like this in Dublin. Yay, Dublin's diversifying!

I'll come back here, but only with my best friend, since I'm still not a converted and conscious fro-yo addict. This place was not so mind-blowing that I'll come here rather than Cold Stone when I want a frozen treat. And for the price, shoot, just hit me up with some black cherry from Thrifty's!

This yogurt is soooooo delicious! It was so good I probably didn't need all the strawberry, mochi and cap'n crunch that the girl piled onto it. I would be willing to eat it by itself. Only down side is that for whatever reason, it melts quite easily. But it is really good - creamy, not as tart as YoSwirl, not as icy as Icebee, just right.

Why do all the good yogurt places have to be far away from me, damn it?

This place has great yogurt, coming from a resident in San Jose. This place surpasses those in the bay area, such as Frozo's, and Yogurtland. Blush loses a star due to the drive, but if I lived in Dublin or near I would probably give this place 5 stars.

Pros:
1. Great service.
2. Not stingy w/ the toppings
3. Nice spacious place decorated very nicely.

Cons:
1. They took away mango! :(
2. Distance

I also made a video of my trip so you guys can see for yourself the store if you want to check it out. Please click on the link below:)

had a craving for something sweet so I went to blush. drove by this place a bunch of times but never thought I'd end up tryin it out (thanks yelp!!). so I got a small original with strawberry topping. after my first taste I was instantly hooked. I hoovered the damn thing in less than 5 minutes, it was that good.

small space, with little or no décor (just a lot of white everywhere). the employees seemed nice but looked tired (930pm I'd be tired too).

when I got there there was only a single couple enjoying their tasty fro yo, so i was served immediatly. but literally right after I was served, about 20 people came in. so I'm assuming this place can get real busy during peak hours.

about 3-5 flavors, depending on what's available. lots of toppings to choose from as well. I also believe you can grab blended drinks but not too sure (I was way to focused on my fro yo).

overall this place is good and would definitely come back. I already called my sister raving about this place, promising her this is a must try the next time she's by. so if you're in the mood for something cheap, sweet and HEALTHY, give blush a try.

I'm a huge fan of Pinkberry so to have something similar near my house is a place - it definitely saves a plane trip down to LA haha. I ordered a small yogurt with pineapple. Very delicious, however, kinda pricey for what you get. I wasn't overall satisfied by the service - the girl (very nice), but got my order wrong asking "Do you like mango instead?" She ended up giving me both, but please get my order right the first time.

I'm glad Blush is up here in the East Bay - but its definitely a place to go for a treat.

Little known fact, I used to work at a dairy. While working at said dairy, I worked with probiotic growth experiments. While working at said dairy, I gave a very provacative seminar on the benefits of probiotics.

And it is now 2008 and I am so lame for not having any clue what this trendy Pinkberry is.... However, because I was being a good friend (not just a Yelp friend, but a "for reals friend") of Lea B.'s, I read her recent review of this place and just had to try this place.

But I had to be sneaky. Long story.

DAMN, this place is so %$#@ING AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! Their choice of toppings range from white chocolate chips to to FRESH FRUIT (none of this frozen and thawed 50 times in sugar syrup crap at Cold Stone) lychee jelly to LUCKY CHARMS?!?!?!?!?!? They even have healthy flavors to choose from. They are all organic and non-fat and loaded with probiotics and all. BUT BUT BUT, they also asked themselves "Hmmmm, how can we be, like, the healthiest and bestest yogurt EVER?!?!?!?""OOOH OOOH OOOH, we'll make flavors that have a %$#@ ton of ANTIOXIDANTS in them!!!!!' "Yeah yeah, we is gonna THROW DOWN on JAMBA JUICE with our flavors with DRAGONFRUIT or ACAI (the bestest antioxidant berry ever) in them!"

Minus one star for not having syrups and for being a bit expensive. Oh yeah, I totally don't hate Jamba Juice; it was started at my university so I love it by default. Nonetheless, it is neat to see such a new place be raved about so much; I felt a little warm and fuzzy inside to see something in Dublin be able to proudly boast the "People love us on Yelp" sticker in the window.

Oh yeah, eat more bacteria; it is the only culture most people have.

LOVE the yogurt here!! I have to be honest and say that i actually do like Blush yogurt better than pinkberry. I feel like they've got the consistency perfect. I go at least once a week and the workers here are always real friendly. Especially the owner, John. My favorite combo is Blush/ original swirl with mango (when fresh), kiwi and mochi. Omgosh my mouth is watering at the thought.
Super nice place, cute decor and good music! I think there's free wi-fi too!!

I like frozen yogurt. So I was really excited when I heard all the hype regarding Blush and their yummy organic goods.

Well after much anticipation, both Husband and I tried the original flavor today. But after first bite we knew something was amiss. Literally it was like eating frozen sour cream. We couldn't finish the medium size that we bought to share. It was just very unpleasantly sour (not tart, but sour, like sour milk) tasting. It was on the pricey side, and we hated to waste the food and money by throwing it away, but we just couldnt eat it.

Was something wrong with our batch of fro-yo? Or does it always taste this way?

Bottom line: Too sour for my tastes :(

I really do like this place. Frozen yogurt is tasty as hell and this place is about as good as it gets around here. For those who have not had frozen yogurt before i should probably elaborate on what it tastes like. The frozen yogurt served here isn't the stuff you put in a cone after eating at a buffet. This is frozen yogurt which tastes like yogurt i.e. a bit sour and a little sweet. However the key to this whole frozen yogurt racket is the toppings . You can put all sorts of stuff on your yogurt (such as kiwis, mochi, mango, etc.etc.) to make it tastier. I guess the only thing i can add is that this place is clean??? *awkward thumbs up*

I would probably rate this place alot higher but I went to a frozen yogurt place in socal with these big trough feeder things that dispensed copious amounts of toppings onto your yogurt and as you can probably tell by now from the buffet reference above I am a man who appreciates ridiculous amounts of food. So there

I was driving towards las positas when I got the sudden urge to have some froyo.  I whipped out the sidekick and yelped for froyo in the area and Blush came up.  After my trip to campus i set out to look for Blush, it wasn't too hard to find.

I loved the location, and loved the store's cleanliness and the staff's cheery and friendly manner.  The only thing that threw me off was that this was the first froyo place that I've been to that wasn't self serve.  I tried the blush flavor with lychee jelly and strawberries.  the fro yo was a bit tart for my taste, and so were the berries.  But mixed with lychee jelly it ws heavenly!

All in all, I thought this place was good, and I like that they have a set price and have generous amounts of fro yo and toppings :)  however, i wonder if i can just ask them to double the lychee jelly toppings next time i come their way...

The best alternative to PinkBerry here in the Bay Area. Love the Blush and original flavors. I'm not such a huge fan of the toppings, but blush with Mochi is really good. I'd love to see Coffee and Green Tea flavors (a la Pinkberry) added to the menu. They work well with the whole slightly sour/tangy flavor of the yogurt.

Blush is awesome!  Love it!  We live in the complex and find ourselves at Blush a little too often.  Just can't get enough!

I want blueberry back.  It was great.  When blueberry comes back, Blush will be a 5 star place again.

Thanks Blush for the great service, yogurt and Mochi (you have to get anything there with mochi).

blush, blush, bush,  i'm blushing just thinking about blush.  i'm SOOOOO addicted to this place!  In fact, I want some right now!  DO TRY the blush flavor with mochi toppings!  YUM!  I've noticed that this place is NOT stingy with their toppings, unlike most ASIAN owned frozen yogurt places.  Good thing I work right by this place!  ^_^  Aren't you jealous?  =P

I LOVE THIS PLACE! i have been waiting for this place to open since early this year.  Finally when it opened, i felt like i was in heaven.  Living in LA and Portland i have tried Pinkberry and Red Mango, which i would say is very similar, but the company (aka the owners, John and Agnos) makes this place so much better than Pinkberry and Red Mango.
The owners are probably one of the nicest and sweetest people.  They sincerely care about their customers and make sure that they are satisfied, and that is whats going to make this business succeed.

As rest of the people wrote.. this place is SOOOO YUMMY... probably go here at least 4 times a week.  Not only is it tasty, but its way better than other treats (ice cream, sobert, and etc) ORGANIC!

Anyways... go to this place, you won't regret it! =)
